Low Impact - This class is designed for the individual who wants a great workout but not too much impact. You will always have one foot on the floor and minimal jumping. A great, safe and energetic workout for all levels of fitness.
CardioKickbox - Get a great cardiovascular workout by strengthening your muscles and learning self-defense techniques. This vigorous workout will give you the difference you are looking for in your workout. Work up a great sweat with a high energy class.

Our fantastic instructors will help you through a series of related flowing movements, or vinyasa, that will allow you to benefit physically by developing strength, balance and flexibility. Gentle Yoga - Incorporates a gentle cardiovascular session with stretching, toning, strengthening and relaxation exercises. Class is structured to meet all levels of fitness with the goal of decreasing common pregnancy discomforts, enhancing the physical process of labor and delivery, and facilitating recovery.
Total Training - Start your weekend right! Get a cardio and full-body training workout, which will allow you to improve your strength and endurance. Come and try out a great circuit class you will love.
Pilates - Pilates is a program designed to condition and strengthen the core muscles of the body by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control. Core training can improve the strength, balance and flexibility of the muscles that control the trunk and spine, the body’s center of power.
H.E.A.T. -This class will focus on high impact aerobic activities including plyometric exercise, sports specific drills, speed drills ("suicides", skipping, bounding, etc). Upper body work will include push-ups, dips and weights; lower-body work will include squats, lunges and resistance bands. The class will end with adbominal work and stretching.
Silver Sneakers - This class is a chair based exercise class designed for everyone. Through the use of balls, small weights and resistance bands, participants improve their strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Steptacular - Get ready for a calorie burning good time. Joim this choreographed step class that's guaranteed to get your heart pumping while you work to the music.

Aqua Cardio Split - This class will provide a continuous cardiovascular workout with an athletic approach, alternating between the deep and shallow ends. It is designed with no complex choreography and modifications are demonstrated for all fitness levels.
